This is to bring to your kind notice that I've paid admission amount of my daughter at IMS-Noida-Uttar Pradesh.
After the counselor arranged the virtual interview and selection in March 2022 considering the affiliation of the great personality and honest person Honerable Shri A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Sir we got our daughter admitted in the IMS Noida after paying the admission amount of Rs.50000/-.
At the point of admission the counselor promised that our money Rs.50, 000/- will be refunded at the maximum by October 2022 if the child chooses some other institute instead of IMS NOIDA.We trusted the affiliation of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and enrolled our child.
Since my daughter got admission in IP University we informed for the withdrawal of our application and opted for refund of my daughter in first week of August 2022, We received the assurance to get the refund on October, that got postponed to November and November to December and till date THIS IS ONE YEAR OVER last March 2022 we paid the admission fee to the institute till date the we have not received the payment.
The institute has not refunded our money the staff keep saying that the amount will be paid soon.This is hard earned money and if the education institutions starts like a chit-fund company, what ethics and moral they deliver to students of that institute.
This is a humble request to take my case and help to get back my refund.

I even request the Education Minister and UGC to investigate the affiliation of this college and the money laundering business of IMS Noida.
