I have started a course of CFP and for which I was asked to submit an installment fees of 20, 000 rupees which I did in the month of May 2020 and later i was told they could not offer the course as per our conversation of the lady Preeti as their representative .

They told the course you signed up is no longer available and now you have to go fir the course we are offering, I told I don't want to continue please refund my amount as you are not offering the course we agreed upon .

I have dropped multiple emails and did calls but i never received a response and just told once we will not provide any refund on this matter .
