Dear Sir/ Mem,
My Name is Sandeep Goswami. I am ex. employee of IMSI(india) Pvt. Ltd.
organization and
worked with Tech Manhindra from 14-Apr-2014 to 8-Aug-2014 as a
contractor. I have been
relived from IMSI(india) Pvt. Ltd. 8-Aug-2014. They didn't pay my
salary for the work which I did in the months of May, July till
8-Aug-2014.I was not received my full and final payment till date.
I was discussed many time with accountant and also employer but still
they are giving me a fake assurance and delaying my salary day by day.
Now-day's they didn't pick my call also.Kindly take any legal action
against the company.
