I have made an online internet banking transaction in sbi for rs1990 towards purchase of dell inspiron n5010 15r battery on 25th may, 2017. The money has been deducted from my s/b account on 25th may. 2017 but till date neither the product has been delivered nor the money has been refunded to my s/b account.
I request you to have a enquiry into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
