Unfortunately, the shoes (style no.[protected] developed a manufacturing defect during my first wear. The tip of the shoe chipped, rendering them practically unusable.
I promptly reported this issue to your store on October 5, 2024. However, to my dismay, I was recently informed that the shoes are beyond repair and cannot be exchanged.
