I purchased footwear from Inc. 5, and it got damaged after wearing it just once. I immediately contacted their customer service, sent photos, and requested a refund. Despite repeated follow-ups, they are neither refunding my hard-earned money nor replacing the product. Their delay and silence show complete disregard for customers. I can see many people online facing the same problem with this company. This is highly unprofessional and unfair.
