Would like to lodge a complaint regarding my order #TB_447329, which was placed on 26 March 2026.
Despite the passage of considerable time, the order has neither been delivered nor has there been any update in its status. The current status remains “In Production, †which is unacceptable and indicates a lack of proper service and communication from the company.
I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action against the company for delay and deficiency in service. I also request that my issue be resolved at the earliest, either by ensuring immediate delivery of the order or by processing a full refund.
I have attached all relevant order details and proof for reference.
