Very recent, he had sold his land in the following address (plot no 442, 443 & 444, bhagathsingh Nagar, Hydernagar village, Balanagar Mandal, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad, Telengana) with two land owners and sold his share one flat in full cash about 56 lakhs and other at 54 lakhs. All the transaction he carried with his wife name with different bank accounts.
Also, he do lot of illegal mining business.
All the registration were done at Joint Sub-Registrar - 6- Kukatpally with help of document writer Srinivas Raju and his shop resides in the same registration office. Check his computer to find all the Agreement of sales immediately. All the registrations happened with less value.
Also, Subba Rayadu planning to buy a big properties in AndhraPradesh doing same fraud transactions worth of 7 crores.
