I received call from following number.

one female calling from other side. she directly called my name correctly but not introduced herself at all. Directly start asking for money like a ### and use abusive words like madarchod haramkhor etc. she don't have any sense for how to talk with a CUSTOMER. I must say, u people have started hiring such illiterate employee!! Strange..
As per consumer protection Act 1986. nobody can talk to a CUSTOMER in such way. No employee have any right to say such words like- TERE KAAN K NICHE MARUNGI, TERE GHAR ME AAKE TUZE MARUNGI, & TERE PATI NE KITNE BANK SE PAISE LIYE HE & etc.
I am going to file complaint against all recovery agents with their phone number I received, on all consumer protection website. Without any acknowledge, nobody have any right to treat a CUSTOMER in such way.. I want apologize letter for this irrelevant communication & Stop this unfair calls. Was this information helpful? |
