this is my loan account no - LXBNG[protected]B they transferred the loan money to my account without any permission then i called customer care who didn"t give me answer then sent me a whatsup message and said i have to pay for 5 month npw they are saying that if i pay 5 month i will have ofter 6 emi make full payment i will have to pay another 75k my loan period was only 12 months their recovery employees are threating me without even given me this e nach not actived to my account and without giving me any information
