I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding repeated malpractice by InCred Finance and its employees, and to formally dispute two payment acknowledgements received against my Loan Account Number LXDEL[protected].
30‑06‑2026 – INR 13, 512 via “Direct Cash” (Ref: MB[protected]_CASH 30‑06‑13512). 31‑07‑2026 – INR 13, 512 via “BBPS” (Ref: PP016212BB7EX1T37119). Please note that this payment was not initiated or authorized by me. Similar false entries have been recorded earlier as well. This clearly indicates deliberate malpractice being carried out by the bank and its staff.
I have repeatedly stated that this loan was disbursed without my consent and that I was wrongfully trapped into it. The individuals responsible, whose names I have already shared (Mr. Sumant Pandey, Mr. Seshdhar Pandey, and Ms. Mayuri Jadhav), must be held accountable. Instead of taking corrective action, the bank appears to be shielding its employees and compounding the fraud by posting false transactions.
This misconduct has already caused me:
Financial losses due to unauthorized ECS attempts.
Mental harassment through repeated recovery calls and false entries.
Adverse impact on my CIBIL score.
I demand the following actions immediately:
Issue a No Dues Certificate (NOC) confirming that I have no liability.
Provide an official Cancellation Letter for the loan account.
Ensure and confirm in writing that my credit bureau (CIBIL) report will not be negatively impacted.
Compensate for financial losses and harassment caused by your employees’ actions.
Conduct a transparent investigation and take disciplinary action against the responsible staff.
