Ind Money — URGENT: Request for Refund, Account Closure, and Detailed Statements - Client ID: 36437403

Imd Money is not refunding my money.

Dear Ind Money Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally request an immediate refund of my remaining funds and the closure of my Ind Money Demat Trading Account. My details are as follows:

1. Discrepancy in Wallet Balance and Unauthorized Deductions

I have observed significant discrepancies in my app wallet balance and believe that deductions are being made without following SEBI guidelines.

* Total Deposit: ₹47, 750

* Total Withdrawal: ₹12, 450

* Calculated Remaining Deposit: ₹35, 300

My internal calculation of my expected wallet balance, based on my deposits, estimated profit/loss, and margin usage, suggests a balance of ₹16, 250 should be visible in the app wallet after all legitimate deductions:

* Expected Remaining Deposit: ₹35, 000

* Less: Estimated P&L, Brokerage, Tax & other charges: ₹10, 000

* Subtotal: ₹25, 000

* Less: Used Margin (approx. 1/4th of funds in holding): ₹8, 750

* Expected Wallet Balance: ₹16, 250

Currently, the app wallet shows only ₹19, 000, which is inconsistent with both my expected balance and my total remaining deposit. Furthermore, I believe that funds exceeding ₹10, 000 have been deducted from my wallet without proper authorization or explanation, violating regulatory guidelines.

2. Request for Complete Refund and Account Closure

I request the immediate closure of my Demat Trading Account and the full refund of my remaining funds.

* Calculated Remaining Deposit: ₹35, 300

* Claimed 6 Months Interest (30%): ₹10, 590

* Total Refund Requested: ₹45, 890

I demand that the full amount of ₹45, 890 be credited to my registered bank account immediately.

3. Demand for Detailed Financial Statements

I require complete, date-wise data for all transactions and charges. I have not been provided with adequate financial documentation, which is required for transparency and compliance. Please provide the following documents in PDF format immediately:

* Date-wise Contract Notes for all trades.

* Date-wise Ledger Entries/Statement of Account.

* Detailed breakdown of Brokerage Charges.

* Detailed breakdown of all Taxes (STT, GST, etc.).

* Profit and Loss (P&L) Statement.

* Detailed breakdown of Pledged and Unpledged Charges.

* Detailed breakdown of all other charges/fees deducted from my account.

If the requested refund is not processed and the necessary documentation is not provided within 7 working days, I will be forced to escalate this matter to SEBI and other regulatory bodies.

Please confirm receipt of this email and the steps being taken to fulfill my requests for the ₹45, 890 refund and account closure.
