Indane Gas Agency Telibagh Lucknow — cylinder not received post getting new connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

My consumer no is [protected], applied for a new connection for domestic gas from Indane gas agency Telibagh branch of Lucknow (226016).

It’s been 3 days we haven’t received the cylinder. However I was ensured that the cylinder will reach to home on 8/01/25 ( the date when I applied). I’ve been visiting / calling the agency to ask the reason but there is no response. Everyday they are lying to me that the cylinder will reach the same day but it does not.
I’ve no cylinder at home for cooking and I’m ordering from outside. Who’s responsible for that expense ?? Plus the inconvenience of me leaving my work and visiting them. ??
Help me and everyone who’s facing such issues. I see a lot of people had come to the agency complaining about something or the other. One lady withdrew her new connection because she had to run to them everyday for not getting the cylinder.
Is this my consumers life is all about ??
Wil these agencies act in whatever way they like ?

Please need a correctional order for them to operate properly asap.
