indane gas (Datia Gas Agency) — subsidy not sending in account

Dear sir/Madam, My registered mobile no. is [protected] and indane gas acc. no is 00005021 cash memo [protected] and booking no. 280155 and 17 digit LPG Id [protected] cyclinder delivered in 13/02/2015 but subsidy not recieved in my ADHAR connected PNB Ac no.[protected]. When I have Asked for subsidy in Indane branch in Datia (MP)Datia Gas agency, They told me We have done our Work but your not doing your Work and ask in your bank. Then i had asked in bank they told, There is no any their in subsidy this falt of Gas agency. Now Who is Responsible for Hanging my subsidy plz do some thing
