[Resolved]  Indane, PP INDANE SERVICES, BIHAR SHARIF, NALANDA, phone no.- 232064 — inability of company to book the cylinder refill

I had taken indane gas connection in the month of june and only that time they delivered me two cylinders. After two months of issuance of connection when i went in the agency for refill booking they said your refill can't be booked because there is some kind of software related problem we are having and it will be resolved in few days. When i went there again after one week for refill booking then they said the problem has not been corrected yet. I kept going in the agency again and again since then and they kept saying same thing. Till now i have not got the cylinder refilled. I need the concerned authority to take strict action against the agency and the company.
