Firstly I checked the website of the National University of Singapore. They don't offer this course and I checked their job portal. I couldn't find any requirements. I called him he said that it will never get posted as you are already selected. I browsed in the internet for indeed consumer complaints. Found the same man, same university he had scamed someone. I got a mail like this.
