I am NISHAD MS, from Cochin, Kerala, an owner of Yamaha R 15-V2. I had skid on 13/03/2022 and i went and showed the bike in the service center ( INDEL YAMAHA, Autherised service center, Al Fia Nagar, Kalamassery, Ernakulam, Kerala.)on the very next day .There is a bend in the Right handle & Rear Break pedal and scratches in the right side. I decided to change all these damaged parts from the service center. The Staff who attend my case is informed that if i pay ( paid service ) myself they will do everything in one day for Rs 6000/- approximately . I am holding a B2B insurance for my R15 V3 BIKE, So i decided to `gave this under the insurance coverage and paid Rs 5000/- as an advance ( as per the request of Service staff Mr Lino ) and the the next day itself they informed that the valuation is over and it take 15 days will take for the parts to come for repair my vehicle under insurance coverage . After 15 days i called the service center ( Mr Lino ([protected]), customer care number ([protected]) and e- mail to [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com to several times ( last contacted on 11 April 2022) but cant get any proper response and the bike has not been repaired yet. I couldn't understand why this much delay for repairing under insurance coverage, at the same time they themselves are telling if i pay they will fix the bike and give it in the same day itself.
I am a person who works in Police Department and using bike daily for almost 150 km / day. It is very difficult for a person like me to wait for such a long time. I am approaching the authorized Yamaha service center due to the trust on the quality of the Yamaha. kindly do the needful to avoid such delays from the service center side which affect the reputation of such a renowned company like you.
