We reached out to India Cargo Packers And Movers (+91 [protected] over phone and WhatsApp) to transport two wheeler TVS NTorq from Pune (Kothrud) to New Mumbai (Khanda Colony, Panvel).
The transport amount was fixed at Rs. 2500/- inclusive of taxes.
We transferred him advance of Rs. 500/- on 11th October 2024. Attached UPI transaction screenshot.
It was decided to pickup two wheeler on 13th October 2024 from Pune and deliver the same on 14th October to Khanda Colony, Panvel, New Mumbai.
On 13th October 2024 after the pickup remaining amount of Rs. 2000/- was transferred. Attached UPI transaction screenshot.
On 14th October 2024 a new demand of Rs. 7530/- was made for the refundable insurance. And we were assured that this will be refunded within 2 days. We were wasked to pay it urgently as the two wheeler wont be loaded with the payment of the same. Payment was made. Attached UPI transaction screenshot.
They shared the receipt clearly mentioning that Insurnce amount is refundable. Receipt attached.
Two wheeler was delivered after multiple follow ups with the transport and after delay of 1 day.
We called the +91 [protected] after 2 days, and he assured that it will be transferred very soon. The refund amout is Rs. 7080/-. He also collected source UPI ID to transfer to. Till date even after multiple of followups on phone and WhatsApp, refund has not been made.
I suspect now he has blocked my number as well.
Seeking for the help to recover Rs. 7080/-.
