I have very unpleasant experience with India Cargo Packers and Movers, Nagoloi, New Delhi as well as delhivery.com .
Gist of the trouble, i am facing with aforesaid company is mentioned below:-
Manish Sharma from India Cargo Packers and Movers initially insured me two times that 2700 + GST i e total 3200 is total delivery cost of my FZ bike from Delhi to BSF Camp Siliguri, W.B. Next morning, he sent me tracking ID[protected] of Delhivery and told me to pay amount, i paid 3200 through Gpay as decided earlier. Further, Evening of the same day, another person from India Cargo Packers and Movers sent me invoice of Rs. 7629 and told me that you have to pay Rs 4429 otherwise you bike would be unloaded by Delhivery in Bilaspur transit. I have no option other than to pay him again and I paid him Rs 3400 again in mobile number of Manish Sharma. He assured me the delivery will be done within 3 to 4 days. ( i have all proofs)
On 27 Aug 2022, i check the delivery status of the tracking ID on Delhivery portal, Shipment delivered in chandausi. immediately I conveyed the matter to India Cargo and they casually said, i thik, by mistake Delhivery has given wrong tracking ID and in few minutes, i will give you tracking ID. Thereafter, for 2 days no reply was given to my message or my phone. On 30 Aug 22, he sent me right tracking ID[protected] of Delhivery.
My shipment was reached at Siliguri Delhivery facility on 01 Sept 2022 which is just 13 Km from delivery address but daily they increase the estimated date of delivery. I raised multiple queries through Delhivery support link but no response received.
Tracking status on Delhivery portal was always changing. It is fake.
On 07.09.2022, After repeated queries/complaint, I received wrong product. the bike I received today is not mine. I called both Delhivery & India Cargo Packers and Movers that there is some mistake, then both of them are putting it on each other.
(i have all the proofs)
Ever since I transferred my bike through India Cargo Packers and Movers, I am very upset.
Request look into the matter and tell me how to get out of this trouble. whether, Legal action can be taken against them.

I have been cheated by Manish Sharma. They initially gave me wrong tracking Id and then they started playing the same way how they've done to you. Im filing a police complaint against them.
Manish Sharma - [protected]. He is the main person behind this.we need to teach them a good lesson. Do let me know if you can help me on this.
