This portal confuses public, by giving pictures, description of products of established brands but not the exact product. And finally despatches a totally different product which is worth only 1\10 th of the amount paid. I ordered for a supposed SONY brand wireless headset with an offer of additional wireless earbuds. They collected ₹1299, and sent me a ₹50 worth wired cheap quality headset. Their web based email doesn't work. Their customer care phone no.[protected] only rings and nobody picks the call. They have given an email [protected]@gmail.com and they will not respond to any emails.

Paid through my phonepe app using UPI and summary says Paid to eloda.
