[Resolved]  India Kids Fashion Show / [green Mind] — Fraud done in the name of giving print advertisement

I am also one of the harassed customer of #IKFS.

Every day they do the awesome PR activity to fraud other beautiful kids and their hopeful parents. Its been more than 3 months that I got a photo shoot done for my son Swastik that too by paying the amount they asked. I have been following up since then to get at least a soft copy of the shoot.such moments are very dear to the parents and these guys don't seem to get that. The phone number from which these guys communicated with me has been switched off for so many days and no body is responding me on mails.

Its not about money, its about they are playing with our and children's emotions.even if they agree to payback i am not ok with it.

I request you all Parents that lets join hand and do something of these cheaters.you can reach me at [protected]@gmail.com or even call me on [protected].

Indeed a victim. Consumer court taking time to resolve. So many are being fooled every day. Reading so many fraud happening every day. Same story everywhere...

Let us unit i have ask sm media person and they asure me to cover this story as this is effecting kids just let us knw who we cn be one as i just need 3 parents more

We have deposited a sum of Rs 8, 000/- to this fraud company so that they can enroll our daughter to their proposed Kids Fashion Show which was to be held in Jan 2016, these guys have postponed the dates of the event Three times now citing various illogical reasons and now they have stopped answering the phone calls.

I have deposited a sum of Rs. 8, 000/- via NEFT (Acknowledgement No. N[protected]) on 08th Jan 2016.

I am now in a fix what to do? Shall i lodge a F.I.R in the near by police station?

These guys simple earn money from the interest they get from our hard earned money and they make a fool out o[censored]s.

I will advice all the parents NOT to go by the advertisements they put on websites. I have even wrote about the incidence on their Facebook page, but with in few seconds the comment was skill-fully deleted by owner.
The police should be informed and their looting business should be brought to an end.

IKFS are big cheaters, unprofessional and fraud. I have enrolled my son for Gurgaon event in Sep last year which was suppose to happen in Nov 2015. Every month they have been postponing the dates stating the reason of permission not there from govt authorities for the place. Ridiculous excuse as how could you commit a date to people without having prior confirmations on such a critical pre-requisite as location. All their representatives in my case Mayank will reach out to you day in and out till you make payments, after that they would not even entertain your calls and seems there email servers work only once in a quarter as whatever strong mails you write to them they would not bother to response. So to cut my frustration short, after hearing such excuses every month and last minute notification of date change I requested for refund process. They didn't bother to reply back about the process and then when I asked what are you guys up to as I had no update on even the next date as well, they simply said since you asked for refund we have not informed you. So I should be doing some spy in their office to know that someone has read my mail and put my case for refund but not informed me. Anyways at last thought I would get my hard earned money back at least. It's been 4 months since my first mail on refund and more than 30 days from the date they responded finally on mail that refund is getting processed. Till date NO REFUND NO ONE PICKING CALLS NO ONE RESPONDING TO MAILS and I even don't know where they do have an office to go and do some direct talks. Request to take a strict action against such fraudsters.

Lets do an online FIR as they have not only taken our money but played with sentiments of our kids. Any clue will the FIR be required to done in Delhi/Gurgaon/Jaipur?

Although the website says they have forward the complaint to the company but no one has contacted me so far.

My daughter had participated in photo shoot which happened on 6th June 2016. But after that they have not send hard copies n forget about the magazine. They are fraud. These peopel do not pick up calls once they know ur number..
They just fool ...
They should be thought a lesson through social media

IKFS is an organization which organises events for children and charges parents with a fee for fashion show. They have charged us a fee of Rs. 8000 for the event to be held on 26-27th Mar'16 but their event was postponed several times and in the month of June 2016 they sent a mail stating that the even is called off.
I have been trying to reach the company IKFS.org as well Shruti through different modes like ([protected], [protected], [protected]@ikfs.org, [protected]@ikfs.org) but to fail as they have saved my contact nos. from which I was calling them again and again for refund and they are not responding.
Please dont fall prey to this company, after visiting so many sites I have come to know that this company does not pay even to their employees and they have several criminal cases against them.
