Fraud and Cheating of Rs. 8000
IKFS is an organization which organizes events for children and charges parents with a fee for fashion show. They have charged us a fee of Rs. 8000 five months ago.
None is answering the phone number given on website. Nor are they replying emails. ([protected] / [protected] / [protected] )
We plan to go to police for refund.

I have been trying to reach the company IKFS.org as well Shruti through different modes like ([protected], [protected], [protected]@ikfs.org, [protected]@ikfs.org) but to fail as they have saved my contact nos. from which I was calling them again and again for refund and they are not responding.

Please help me get refund of Rs. 8000/- as well file against such fraud Organization so that they don't repeat such instances with other parents.

They are biggest fraud have complained sooo many times bt still they have nt replied mr vinod have guaranteed me my refund 5 days before bt in vain now he is not picking up my phone nor any one in company mention the number in website picking my phone its the worst company evet parents who wants to make there kids dream cm dwn crashing cn go to this company they are very expert in this

This people are biggest cheater on this plant as they fnt loot just money bt they also play with small inosent kids emotions i am frm mumbai and have registered my daughter for ikfs in gurgaon 1st it was due in feb then they cancell tht and did it in march 26th and 27th they have ask for 8000 for entry which i paid through netbanking i am calling them every day since feb to ask if further dates will be changed or will be same they have given promise tht nw dates wount be change so again booked flight tickets after tht also i am calling the regularly to knw status they keep on saying everything is as said nw when i call them they said show has been futher postponded i have already spend 30000 on this stupid show its fake and pls people dnt get in to this they trouble us so much nw i want my money back any how this is my hard earn moeny which one like have wasted

Dear Sir,

I paid Rs. 17, 000 to IKFS Organization in the month of October-2015 for my daughter Samya Panchal in the name of participation in IKFS at Gurgaon & Professional Profile with Media Coverage to be held on December 2015.

They offered me following services:
1. Facebook Page will be maintained for 6 month.
2. Gurgaon Show participation will be included with media coverage.
3. Kids in Style Magazine image publication with proper intro and hobbies.

Now they change the dates to 27-28 February before 15 days ago by sending mail... Its 19th February now till date nothing has been received from their end. They are not picking any calls...these are the numbers... [protected], [protected], [protected].

I have been mailing/whatsapp/call them for last 4 and half months but they didn’t reply any …I have been trying to call them, but they are not picking my phone. I have mail confirmation and payment receipt.

My 3 and half years daughter asks me “Dad When can I be on ramp?.. What should I tell her now? This People are literary playing with kids and parents emotions.

I am going to file FIR against them soon...

Kindly help parents to stop this fraud company.

I have recd a cheque of Rs. 7980/- from IKFS Organization dated 15.11.2015. I have submitted the said cheque on 16.11.2015. the cheque was bounced due to insufficient funds. I am trying to call Mayank, Rohit, they are not taking my call. IKFS are cheaters

This is to bring to your notice that ikfs organisation (India kids fashion show) - owner mr. Vinod sharma, is a fraud organisation. There are several police cases that are filed against ikfs in jaipur city as they have their registered office in the city. This is a nexus which moves from one city to another. They will make big promises and later will fail to make their payments and the show organised by them in gurgaon on 28th june 2015  was a big faliure to an extend that mr. Vinod sharma almost escaped being arrested. There were vendors on backstage of the event fighting for their payments. The atmosphere during the event was so scary that kids who participated in the event were crying on the backstage and vinod sharma was seen shouting and mishandling the kids. He was asked to control himself as the media was present. Media was present because ikfs organisation hired p. R agency from delhi named regional p. R and the fees for inviting media was 45000. Half amount of 22000advance payment was done by ikfs on time to regional pr because they were desperate for media coverage. The event was  complete mismanaged to an extend that parents were howling and crying post ikfs gurgaon show but pr handled all the negitive coverages well. Mr. Vinod sharma was supposed to pay regionsl p. R delhi the remaing half fees post 7 days of gurgaon show but the agency is still crying for the remaining amount. There were cases of sexual harassment and mental torture by vinod sharma on their employees but people were scared to raise their voice but now every one who he has cheated have united and have come together. Police complaints were made by parents earlier also but mr. Vinod sharma would  bribe the police and get the complain closed. New complaints are now registered against vinod sharma in vidhayak puri police station - jaipur complaint no - r/182/10/8/15, 223/26aug. When employees started raising their voice against him, he threatened them and police complained against vinod sharma for threatning has been registered in ashok nagar police station, jaipur, complaint no - p 111, r - 154/12/8/15 has been registered. Women employees have also approached state women commission in jaipur to take action against mental torture and sexual harassment done by vinod sharma. When all the victims of vinod sharma and ikfs organisation started taking action against them, we were told that police cannot do nething against them ad they will bribe them 5000 and case will be closed. (Recording for the same is available). There are victims of ikfs and vinod sharma in delhi, jaipur, bangalore, mumbai and now soon will be in ahmedabad. Please refer to the link mentioned for the no of complaints mentioned in consumer forum against this fraud firm which is run by vinod sharma and partner ms. Priyanka maharia who is also his wife. To fool people on consumer forum, vinod is using same media coverage which was done by pr agency hired by ikfs itself. After getting its work done by p. R agency they denied their payment also. Please be ware of this organisation as your reputation will also go down after being associated with them. They do not have big brands on board. They lie about their association with big names. During gurgaon show they promised parents of brand like marks & spencers but kids on the ramp were walking with jaipur local brand amber whose m. R. P is some where around rs.400/_ or less. We booked our twins for the show in Bangalore. They have changed the dates, which do not suite us. We wrote back for refund and ever since they have stopped picking up phone. I am wondering if they are mistaken in thinking that they will run away with my 14000? Do they think that it so simple?

This company known as IKFS . it is said that it ispromoting the kids by organizing fashion shows in various cities . so by hearing this I logged on to their website send them a pic of my kid . then I got call for paying the fees of 7800/- immediately, other wise they said they will select someone else (month - APRIL) . SINCE THEN I HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH THWM.IN VARIOUS WAYS ( w, app__/_mails / phone calls etc ) . every time they change their schedule by giving various excuses . so after a long wait when I got frustrated, I asked them for refund on 29/7/2015 over the mail and on the phone/w'app . they told verbally that their executive will call on that matter . It has been 15 days now, they have not called, neither replied on the mail, nor refunded my fees .EVEN THEY R NOT RESPONDING TO THE PHONE CALL. I tell u parents don't go on to their website and pay the fees .once u do so u will b the SLAVE . Please please SHARE THIS MESSAGE AS MUCH AS U CAN SO NO PARENTS SUFFER LUKE ME ...

I enrolled my kid for Indian Kids Fashion Show in November 2014, for the show to hosted on 25 Jan, 2015 in New Delhi. I dully paid rs.7865 against the same. They postponed the show for feb, than for march, than for April and again for May. When I complained them about this and my pre-planned commitment they suggested me full refund within one week's time. Confirmation email pasted below. I've also received one call around 1 way that they are transferring the amount soon but, I've received anything by far. After that I did not hear anything from the company. No one is responding to my emails and all the contact numbers provided on their official email and website doesn't exist anymore. Would really appreciate your help here. THEIR EMAIL... Paid registration fee on 22/02/2015 for kids fashion show auditions to be held in Delhi.Till date haven't received any email or call. Ikfs people are not responding to my call. I have called them so many times. Kindly take action against them.

IKFS came to Bangalore in April 2015 and requested us if we could help them with the Kids Fashion show in Bangalore. I personally, along with my company (4 employees) spent more than 12 hours a day for almost 4 weeks, signing up kids, bringing IKFS sponsorships, finding the hotel and getting them a 5 star hotel at a very low price, conducting the etiquette, grooming and voice modulation classes for all the kids enrolled and we made the show a success for them. We also provided office space and food for the entire team who landed form jaipur. Mr Vinod Sharma, the owner/communications head ( absolutely no communication skills and definitely has no brains for honesty) borrowed 1.2 Lakhs from us as he begged us one day before the show that he didn't have cash to pay the Production guys and other last minute payment that needed to be done, We didnt want the show to stop, so we helped him with the money to continue hoping that he would return in good faith. I also have an agreement with Mr Vindo Sharma that he would pay my company 20% of the sponsorships we brought him. As soon as the show was over, we asked him to settle bills and pay us and he kept giving one excuse or another, and finally left to Jaipur. After 8 weeks and no payment yet, we wrote to him asking for the money and I was shocked to find out that he had not only cheated me of the 1. 2Lakhs he took from us and not paid us the money for the sponsorship (about Rs 65, 000) we brought, but he has not paid ANY of the vendors, The printing vendor, the production guys, the PR company, everyone calls us as IKFS used my office address (for free). I demand serious actions to be taken against them. They are cheats of the 1st order. Betray trust so easily. They promoted the event with Paul Smith Jr as the brand they would showcase and there was NO Paul Smith Jr int he picture, ( I dont think Paul Smith even knows they were being used). Every one of the vendors and parents call us for more information and their money back, We are not responsible, IKFS cheated the vendors and the parents and left with everyone's money., Please take serious action against them and please ask them to pay us back 1.85 Lakhs excluding rent, food and other expenses we have paid for, when they were in Bangalore.

However, around a month after the enrollment, we received an email stating that the show has been postponed to June 27, 28 due to unavailability of some parents/kids. We replied back to the Talent Management Team of IKFS stating our non-availability on the new dates, as we had made our plans well in advance, according to the old scheduled date. On our request, IKFS agreed (in writing) to refund our registration money of around Rs.7800, in case the new dates do not suit us. However, upon repeated emails and calls, none of the IKFS employees are paying attention to our request. We even talked to Mr Vinod Sharma (Head, Corporate Communications) who promised our money back 2-3 times; but now even he has stopped picking up our calls, and the employees have stopped responding to our emails. Is this what you expect from a "Head, Corporate Communications"? Being a reputed organisation, the company is expected to have at least SOME courtesy to take an action on this. After all, this is their customer's money which they owe, not their own. This kind of behavior is not at all expected from a company of such repute. I would like an action to be taken on this company, else I will have no reason not to take them to the court and use media and social networking to let others know of their deeds and avoid getting cheated.

I had enrolled my son for an IKFS Fashion Show, to be conducted in Delhi, in April 2014. Initially this show was scheduled for 28-29th Dec'13 but then at the last minute, due to some reason they shifted it to 25-27th April'14. I was charged Rs. 5618/- including taxes to get my son enrolled. We went on the date of the event but the event never happened. It was a complete flop show. All parents and the kids waited there for 2-3 hours but nothing happened. The employees of IKFS (namely Mahi and Poonam, had no answer for anything and finally we came back home after a torture of 3 to 4 hours. They promised that our money will be refunded in no time but its been more than an year now of continuous follow-up but there is no refund. Earlier they took my calls a few times but now neither they revert on my mails nor attend my calls. This company is a complete fraud. They give flashy ads through different modes, they make it look very promising through their e-mailerss but it's all a way to fetch money from the parents. I would be grateful if my money is refunded along with the harassment compensation (if possible) and a strict action is taken against the owner so that they don't harass other parents in future. I worked with the company for almost 4 months. They did not pay me in full. These guys are cheaters and make different excuses every time we ask for the money. There are few more people who have not been paid by them. I have my appointment letter with me along with bounce cheque they paid as a salary. Please look into the matter and do something about them. Hi, I registered my kid for IKFS for brand photo shoot. They charged us around Rs4500. They called us for the photo shoot. When we reached we came to know that its for Magazine. We proceed with the photo shoot. They informed us that we will receive the photos in 10 working days and magazine by mid of Feb. And then the unprofessional behaviour started. We called for 2 months and by mid of march we received 4 photographs and still waiting for magazine. Now they are replying to emails. No picking the phone. Really unprofessional. Please help me and get my money back.
