I would like to lodge a complaint against the organizers of India Kids Fashion Week – Season 12 regarding the non-refund of my enrolment fee.
I enrolled my 2.5-year-old son for the Selection Round conducted at DLF Building, Uppal, Hyderabad, by paying an enrolment fee of ₹3, 900. I am a resident of Hyderabad, Telangana.
Although my son attended the selection round, he did not walk on the ramp. About a week later, I received a phone call and a message from the organizers stating that my son had been selected for the finale and sent the below message.

I informed the representative that we were not interested in participating further and requested a refund of the enrolment fee.
The representative agreed to process the refund and informed me that I would need to wait for one month before the refund process could be initiated. Relying on this assurance, I waited for the stipulated period. However, I have still not received the refund.
Since then, I have made several attempts to contact the organizers through the mobile numbers provided, emails, and WhatsApp messages. Unfortunately, there has been no response to my calls, emails, or messages.
The organizers' failure to refund the amount despite their assurance, coupled with their lack of communication, has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and mental distress.
I respectfully request your kind intervention to direct the organizers to refund my enrolment fee of ₹3, 900 immediately and to take appropriate action against them for their unfair trade practice and deficiency in service.
