India — MTNL harrassing ex-customers | |||
Great! This is happening with a lot of ex- MTNL customers who had ported to other service providers due to poor service being provided by MTNL. Now after 3-6 years they want more money so they are un-necessarily harassing their ex- customers for more payment. As nothing was due at the time of porting and all the dues were cleared before porting. They are troubling us by sending sms for disconnection. My contention is that they are doing some thing which they cannot do officially, otherwise they could have sent letters. Please do not pay heed unless a written notice is received, which of-course can also be challenged, if desired.
