India Nippon Electricals [inel] — regarding the nippon ndvm 1010bt music system malfunction

I was bought Nippon NDVM-1010BT from Agra. After a few days of buying this system it started to cause problems. The system was sent to the service center by which the complaint was purchased. One week later the system came back but the problem was not resolved. I asked again to complain about the customer care center/service center. This time I went to the service center with the system myself but the problem was not resolved. I complained to the customer service center again to go to the service center. I sent the service center for the third time through the system I bought. After 8 days the system information was taken but it was said that your system was sent to Delhi. On Sunday 05.08.18 after one month 10 days I got back music system but the problem has not been fixed yet.
I have voice recordings of all the above things.
