India Post, — Parcel from China stuck at customs

My parcel (Tracking number: CP[protected]CN) has been held up supposedly at customs since November 8, 2023.

I have no clue what's the problem and whom to approach for getting this package released. I'm pasting the tracking details below for your perusal. Kindly guide me the concerned department which I should contact to get this released, or any procedure to be done for its release.
