I ordered a phone from this site on march 4th 2014. the expected delivery date was given as march 12th 2014. On the site there is an option where u can check the product status. they also gave me a tracking number n once we click on the tracking number it shows the status of the product. whn i clicked on the tracking number it showed as invalid tracking id.So i decided to call them up to ask regarding the same so they say dat the product is not yet shipped. so i asked if not shipped how do i get a tracking number which is faulty. they come up saying the tracking number is already decided for the product irrespective it is shipped or no.i have written several mails also to them. Yest whn i called up again they told me i will b getting the delivery today, so since i did not receive the product i again called them up asking bout the product n they say the product is not yet shipped n u will get the product tom. so now i told them i wld like to cancel the product as i don trust them. now they r not allowing me to cancel the product Every single time i call up or send mails they just misguide me
