Dear Sir,
I was booking LTC flights through ITDC on 23/05/17 for a round trip from "CCU to IXB" and "IXB to CCU". I made a total succesful payment of ₹61998/-. But only the forward flight worth ₹31812/- has been booked and the return flight was not booked. A representative from ITDC contacted me and said that a refund will be made for the return flight. But no refund has been made. After that I contacted ITDC customer care many times but got response very few times and they said refund will be made in 7-10 working days. More than 10 days have passed But no refund has been made till now. Also I have mailed to ITDC but I go no response.
Please do resolve my query at the earliest.
