I am Prafulla Kumar pandey, booked 2 tickets from "India tourism incredible"(contact no for booking-[protected], mail:[protected]@indiatourismincredible.com , website:-https://www.indiatourismincredible.com/index.html) on 18 Sep 2019 for delhi-agra-mathura trip. It's cost was 1049 for a single person & bus was Volvo 9400 px multi axle. But at the time of pickup, different bus was provided(scania) fare was 649 for a single person. I have a pic of bus as well.
Without any prior info bus was changed, seat was changed. A lower graded scania bus was provided whose fare charge is 649.
When I asked to pay the difference, I.e 400 for a single ticket & total 800. Mr. Manoj([protected]) started talking using wrong words. Tried to threaten me as well for that I have a recorded audio & also he told, he can move out the passengers from the bus as well.
Please take a very hard action against him for this fraudulent activity & help me getting my money back.
