I have been using Dhani one freedom credit card for almost 4 months now but I have had the worse experience . Firstly my wallet limit gets exhausted so I am not able to pay my dues by loading wallet coz wallet limit has been exceeded and I’m fraudulently charged late penalty charges due to it. Now recently I paid all my pending dues and I made two wallet transactions again and they blocked my card and made it inactive saying I am doing unauthorised transactions. While selling the card to me they told me I can use it on various wallet platforms and now suddenly they have blocked all these wallets and so now I have to pay all of the dues even before their due date. There have been complete harassment from them. They have started spamming via different mobile nos and sending link through which they want me to pay the amounts. I need to have a resolution on it. I have never not paid their dues but this behaviour is not acceptable. This has ruined my credit score and they are completely responsible for doing this. I need to have a resolution on this.
