Indiacomingsoon.com — amount paid but product not received

I ordered my saree on august 16, 2017 in indiacomingsoon.com and also paid the full amount through my credit card. But till now i didn't receive any saree. I already complained about this but till now didn't take any action from there. At the same time i got received one automatic mail otherwise they said please complained again through your ticket number. So again i tried. But again there is no response from there. So i want to refund my amount. My ticket no is 884 and customer ordered number 94838. I want to refund my amount

Note: i want to refund my amount to my account..
