I ordered a Sari seeing a pop up image of discount. Paid Rs 470/- through Paytm on 3-Nov. 2021, Got a Confirmation sms in a few minutes and another sms from Paytm that transaction No. [protected] was done successfully for Rs 470/- for Jaysukhbhai Dhirubhai Panchani ( I guess, the supplier). On 5th received a message that the sari had been dispatched. But when the saree did not come for days at end, I sent a sms on the same number that the sari has NOT been received but prompt came the response that " Service is not available on this smart code". THE SARI HAS NOT BEEN SENT TILL DATE.
