During my flight from pune to lucknow on november 28th 2019, i purchased a pack of maggi cup noodles worth rupees 200. On 29th november i received a message that my account was debited by 200 us dollars. Now i am facing a lot of problems reaching out to the authorities to get the issue resolved. I have disputed the transaction through my bank and have been advised that it will take more than 30 days for the outcome of the issue. Till then i will have to pay the money to the bank and also i am not getting any help from the airline after i reached out to the customer care too. Such issues are very stressful and i am not in a position to bear any amount of money that i have not spent. Was this information helpful? | |||
