Indiaemporium.com — Order cancelled online but never received the amount back to my bank account

I have ordered couple of clothes online using indiaemporium.com website on September 2013 and cancelled it right away.I was told that my amount will be given to me back in 30-40 days. When I checked back again with those people in November 2013 they offered me to buy new clothing instead of reimbursing my money.I said no to any of their offers and asked them to return my money.It been four months I have cancelled my order and I havent recieved any of the amount from them. I have attached the automated mail which I got to my mail id. Please
