Terrible Experience with IndiaFast.in – Avoid at All Costs!
I had an absolutely disastrous experience with IndiaFast.in while shipping my packages from Khammam, India, to Waukee, Iowa, USA, on January 27, 2025. My shipments were finally delivered on February 14 and February 15, 2025, after significant delays and numerous issues due to their negligence, unprofessionalism, and lack of accountability.
Major Issues Faced:
1) Wrong Destination Address on Invoice
IndiaFast.in made a grave mistake by printing the wrong delivery address on the invoice. This could have led to major delivery issues, delays, or even a lost shipment. Correctly addressing a package is a fundamental responsibility of any courier service, and their failure in this regard highlights their incompetence.
2) Overweighted Item Not Returned to Sender
Instead of informing me about my package exceeding the weight limit, IndiaFast.in removed around 500 grams of food items from my shipment without my consent. To make matters worse, they did not return these removed items to me. This raises serious concerns about their handling practices and lack of transparency.
3) No Prior Information About Prohibited Food Items
IndiaFast.in failed to provide any guidance regarding prohibited food items according to US customs regulations for international shipments. If they had informed me beforehand, I could have made necessary adjustments to avoid customs-related delays. This shows a complete lack of customer education and responsibility on their part.
4) Long Delivery Delay (More Than 20 Days)
IndiaFast.in assured me that my shipment would be delivered within 4 days, but it took more than 20 days. Such an extended delay is unacceptable, especially for packages containing food items that can spoil over time. A responsible courier company should ensure smoother and quicker customs clearance instead of making false promises.

5) Poor 24/7 Customer Support – Not Picking Calls
IndiaFast.in claims to offer 24/7 customer support, but in reality, they are unreachable. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for an update on my shipment, they have consistently ignored my calls and messages. A reliable courier service should be responsive and assist customers in resolving their concerns.
6) Missing Package Items (4 Items Suspended by US Customs)
Four items from my package were suspended by US Customs due to restrictions on certain food items. This happened because IndiaFast.in failed to provide prior information about restricted food items for international shipping. Their lack of guidance led to unnecessary complications and losses for me.
Final Verdict: DO NOT TRUST IndiaFast.in!
IndiaFast.in has demonstrated complete carelessness, unprofessional behavior, and zero accountability. Their mistakes led to unnecessary delays, missing items, tampered packages, and an overall frustrating experience.
If you value your shipments and want a stress-free delivery experience, I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. Instead, opt for reputable international couriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
