Dear sir,
I paid rs. 399 to recharge my phone number [protected], via upi bhim app, with transaction id[protected] on 8th october at 08.31 pm.
Transaction id on jo app was pic[protected]
Payment got approved successfully and the amount got debited from my account, but jio app did not recharge my phone. I am attaching both the screenshots herewith, please find.
Kindly refund the money or recharge the phone.
