I see my account getting debited with the amount of 2618 saying as IndiaIdeas LTD. I have no clue as what is this amount. When I call Citi customer care they say as there was a registration which I have signed in the month of Jan for an ECS payment. This is absolutely fraud. I have never signed any such registration form. Citibank is not taking the responsibility in refunding this amount. This shows irresponsibility of Citibank as any form they receive from any financial company they go ahead and raise ECS & ultimately the loss is for the customers who holds account with citibank. Citibank should get this confirmed from its customers when they receive such request. This is absolutey fraud and no one is taking any action on this. we dont even know whom to contact from this IndiaIDeas LTD to get the debited amount.
