I made a recharge to jio on 18 th october for rs 399)- through upi to [protected]@upi from my upi id. The amount is debited from my account. But the recharge is not made to my number. While i contact to jio customer care the transaction was failed. We are not received the amount you can made another recharge. So i need refund the amount. I am Nirakar rauta . i am recharge 399 to my jio number from bhim app UPI 10/11/2017 8.18 pm . my t account is debited 399 but my jio number [protected] is not successful. The upi transaction id[protected]. please i request for action my transaction oblige or refaund my amount.registered bhim no [protected].please take some action

I had recharged my jio no [protected] on 19.01.2018 at 2.23 pm. the money was deducted of rupees 398 but recharged was not done..kindly refund my money...plz see the screenshot of my transaction
