Sir, i would like to file a complaint that maybe i have been cheated for an amount of rs 40, 000 he tells me he's indian army posting in tura, meghalaya, india and wants to sell his scooty urgent. So he provided me his service id and i believe him. Now i'm scared that it won't be reaching here in shillong. Wat should i do sir?? As i'm only a student and we are a middle class family.
