With due respect and humble submission I have to submit the following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable action please.
1. Application for willingness to extension of service for two years early action is requested
2. You are therefore, requested to fwd the STNA Certificate at the earliest for handing over to the indl concerned.
3. Sir advance warning order for retirement as per Refer your letter no 357000MP/AWO(JCO)01/24 dt 21 Jul 2022, (SOS wef 01 Jan 2024). then i need STNA certificate for new job. and application will be evaluated on the basis of STNA certificate.
4. Many times I informed my AMC record through my letter but instead of helping me they are giving me advice again and again just because of this I have asked for your help no one is ready to help me you are my help Can by letter number you can understand how much AMC Record letter I have given but no one is helping medical.
