Indian Army — canteen smart card

Sir, i no 14660167f rank nk name gohil sahadevainh bhagvatsinh was retired from army as on 31 jan 2019, i applied canteen smart card through 255 armd wksp (My last unit), than i received massage you smart card application was rejected please contact you urc after 10 days. Than i re applied card through station hq jamnagar but again you are replied through sms your application is rejected you are already applied both card, so please help me to know where is you despetch my first rejected application. Previous unit, eme records or stn hq jamnagar please ask about this
