Indian Army — cheated

I saw a car maruti alto 800 in quikr. I called on the number given there. He told me that he is from indian army and his name is harikant pandey. He sent photos of canteen cards, aadhar cards in which name was harikant pandey. He told me that he will send car through indian army transport service from patna. He did a video call wearing wardi.. And convinced me to pay 3100 for transportation cost in the account of ramesh patel paytm ac no:[protected]. I believed in the name of indian army. After 2 hrs other person called me and said that he was bringing my car and stopped in hazaribagh because gps system has failed so i have to make payment of 9999 so that gps can be restarted. Then i realised that i have been cheated. Since i thought how can one drive from patna to hazaribagh in 2 hrs. Then i told him that you are cheating me then he started taking promises of mother, his wardi, his children. When i refused then he started abusing me. Please resolve this issue.
