Indian Army — complaining about mismanagement and hiding the facts before giving employment

My name is karuna. I worked as tgt sanskrit in aps dk. My first job letter after clearing the csb exam and interview in march 2017, had been given to me in december 2017 by saying that the charge of the school will be given later. I waited for about more than a month but due to no response at all i personally went to the office in delhi area and at that time they sent me to aps dk where interviews were going on for the same post for which i was being given letter. I joined there on 23rd jan 2018. Suddenly in march i got to know that it was a contractual job and my contract would get collapsed on 31st march 2018. I talked to principal regarding this then she suggested me to fill up the lsb form and to present in the interviews there. I did the same. At the time of filling up the form, one of the authoritative person collecting the form forcefully made me write post applied for prt instead of tgt by saying that if i would not done as he said then he put my form in the rejection. I asked the reason for this so he said that i am not eligible as tgt as i do not have 5 years of experience for this (Which was not questioned at all at the time of csb interviews. If i was not eligible then how the panel had selected me for the post earlier??). Anyhow, to get my form submitted i mentioned the post applied as prt and at the time of interview i clearly stated the whole concept in front of the panel, of which i also submitted a written complaint in the headquarters. Though in july i got selected as a tgt on prt scale (Because at prt level my subject i. E. Sanskrit is not there) but i didn't get the appointment letter then and there only (Though i have requested for it twice). Again suddenly in september, the principal called me on 27th saptember 2018 and stated that i was on adhoc basis and my tenure is going to collapsed on 29th september 2018. They kept my joininh letter for about 2 months with them (As i was hospitalized due to some health issues of which i have already submitted the medical) (I even requested them to give the letter to my husband as i was not able to travel but they denied by saying that it is with the chairman for his signatures). My question is, if it was that so, then why the management did not make me aware of it in july only (At the time of my appointment). Its been thrice that i got shock on my job ending suddenly. I would like to have an answer by the management that if they employe the teachers for such a short period of time, why don't they tell them in advance??
Now what i will do i mean it is almost the mid of the session where will i get another job what will i do where will i go?
Is this a deed of humanity??
