Indian Army — complaining against my husband

I manisha b. Kahandal wife of army no.15422938sepoy (Housekeeper) we are married since 7 years we are having a son of 6 years he has done domestic violence after marriage northern command is aware of this incident i had compalined against him i thought he will improve but he got more violent and one day he left me and since last 4 years he has left me to parents house without paying me any money nor he has taken any information about us. I am struggling for my survival. I have requested all the authorities (Awwa delhi, hq northern command, commd hosp, brig ic adm, coy. Cdr) to help me for maintenance. I hand visited the northern command office udhampur but they didnot treated me poroperly they scared and scolted me as if i had done crime. I have done many correspondence by lettter since last 2 years but no body has done any thing. My financial position is very poor as my father is an autodriver. Now my husband had send me legal notice to harrass me, as he want to marry again. Sir i am in depresssion i need help to survive. Please help me or i and my son have to sucide for which you will be responsible.
