Indian Army — Error in filling education havildar 2016 form

I am vipin kumar is getting problem in filling education hawaldar 2016 form. It is giving an error with email submission, i tried with new email address too but it failed and gave an error. I really need to fill the form otherwise the date of submission will go end so i kindly request you to help me out before the last date to fill the application. Kindly help me.
