These people're next-level scammers, using fake data, frauding people owners who've listed their property for rent & job seekers, etc.
Scammer targeting different types of people. As a more Owner, I've listed my property in No Broker. They have contacted us with a request, He is interested in our property and wants to shift in a few days. Can I pay a deposit for confirming that I can move? Then I mentioned first visiting the location, seeing the property, and then decide, but he mentioned my family, sure we're OK with properly we can meet on Sunday, and we're paying the deposit. I said okay to go ahead and send by QR code. He mentioned that his Account will pay for that, Then i had doubt and investigate the personal details. then i found these people are committing fraud. I got a call from other people who mentioned they do not pay by QR Code. Only cards allow in Army Camp.. Then I had doubts and stop them. They are doing this with another person well. Be aware of it and block such people

I had posted my flat details on 99acres app and he said that he want to finalize without visiting the flat so, i said ok then said me your identity cards like adhar card, pancard, and army card
Which he send me all but my intuition was saying something off with the identity cards so, i check on Google and found tweets on Twitter and LinkedIn and here also

This person is still actively using the same ID details till date. He contacted us for a rented house after seeing the ad in magic bricks. We sensed something fishy as soon as he agreed to the quoted rented even though we had mentioned it as negotiable. He also didn't bother to see the flat inspite o[censored]s insisting to first check out the flat before confirming. Then he wanted to do a transaction immediately through gpay/phone pe. But we denied. And we immediately c
Googled his name and surprised to see the same id reported as fraud. He is using the number [protected]. We have reported to the cyber crime.

These individuals are still actively engaged in fraudulent activities. Just yesterday, I received a call from the same individual via 99acres.com. He claimed to be from Kanpur and was interested in renting a flat in Uttarakhand. He inquired about the property details in the morning, and by evening, he was ready to deposit the security amount. He mentioned having a spouse and a child.
I became suspicious when he insisted on making the deposit without actually visiting the flat and cited urgent reasons related to HRA. At that point, I decided to conduct a Google search, and I'm grateful to all those who have shared their experiences and warnings about such scams. Online scams are becoming increasingly common, so it's crucial to stay vigilant and research individuals or offers on the internet to determine if they are connected to fraudulent activities.

Yes fraudster tried the same with me today as i have posted my property rent advertisement on 99 acres, but i found the things fishy and blocked all his numbers. Fraud numbers used in my case [protected] & [protected]
