Indian Army — Fraud in the name of army person working in canteen

I have received a call from a person named Rajesh Kumar in response to my ad for renting my house. He shared his PAN AADHAR Army canteen smart card. He said he liked his house and he is willing to pay deposit. But after some time he called saying his captian will call me to transfer money. Suspecting fraud searched in internet and found many instances like this.
