Hi team, Fraud seller on olx vikram vagmare seems to be in indian army posted ad on olx for iphone 6 32 gb for 16000 when i had send message stating whether mobile is available he replied stating contact on what's up number - ([protected]) and that ads seems to be posted in location shivajinagar bangalore. Before asking anything he had send photos of is army id, mobile photo and selfie taken by him in army dress. When i asked him where we can meet he inform me that now i have been shifted to rajistan and if agreed for 9000 after bargain but he told me as i am so far you need to send money 1st half before delivery and rest of amount after it. However i agreed but when i asked bank details informed that i can't share my account details as my salary is credit by central government. However i had sent payment through paytm on number [protected] of rs 4000 and agian called that you need to pay full amount as i will be sending from overnight express then i send rest of the amount and he even informed me that it will be delivered within 24 hours. When i checked agian around 2:30 pm in olx i had found same ad but different location it was mg road. When i called he didn't response but finally he answered when i asked about this issue he told it's my friend who had posted however if you pay me more rs 5000 i will send or else i wont. I agreed stating that i will pay onces it is delivered but still he was not happy he told you send before 8 pm i will send from courier or else i wont. Then i called olx customer care they provided me security support number [protected]. I called and register complaint they informed that we have already received complaint from this number. And advise me to log fir in police station however i have logged. They provided reference no:ts4072. Inform police to send email from there id to [protected]@olx.in If they receive email from there end they can provide all the details of vikram. Please find the photos that are attached as reference. I have been a victim of fraud seller on OLX. I saw a add for mobile sale (OnePlus 6) for 21000. When I chatted with the seller he shared his phone number ([protected]) . He said his name is Sanjay Singh and he is from Indian Army. He also shared his personal details like Aadhaar card number and PAN card and said that he can ship me the phone. He said that he is calling from Deolali, Nashik. He asked for payment on Paytm on number ( [protected]) . I transferred him Rs.10000/- and waited for his shipment details. He never shared those details with me. On the second day a courier guy from army called me and said that I need to pay Re.10000 more then only he will attempt a delivery. This felt fishy to me so I checked online and saw many such scams that are done using OLX.
I have the call recordings and Paytm money transfer screenshots. Request you to help me get my refund.

A person in OLX with Indian Army named Ravi Kumar Prajapat did fraud. He said that he couriered my phone to my address.
Then courier boy called me and asked to transfer 5150 for damage warranty which spot refundable during product delivery. I did. Again he called and said why did you do 1 payment. You should do it in 5000 and 150. I did. again he called and said why did you do wrong. He asked me to do it 5000, 100 & 50. If not I will leave and you will not get product. Then you should go to Mumbai to collect. He threatened me.
He said higher officer is serious as multiple payments were wrongly done.
Then he asked me to do 15000/- which is spot refundable. I am almost near to your location and will give you product along with cash. I did. Then he said make product payment clearance. Then you will get product. I did.
Later he called me and asking me to deposit 12000 for security deposit. Now he is threatening me that he will make call with higher official and will see you. He is saying that he will not give money and product also.
Most of the time when I called, I am hearing siren. Now my friends saying that siren is authorised for few categories and courier people cannot use siren.
Totally he took 78000 for me now and not giving my product and money.
What to do. He is threatening me.
