1. I Ajay Kumar Tiwari S/O Diwakar Tiwari R/O E7 Awas Vikas Colony Amethi (UP) 227405. Sir I Want to say that my retirement at Time Subedar Hance Record Office General Part-II Order No 1/0162/0091/2024 dt 27 Jan 2024 regarding grant of Honorary Rank as Sub Maj on retirement to Sparsh Profile Update information related to Honorary Rank as Sub Maj. but I not get the Honorary Rank as Sub Maj information from Sparsh Profile Update.
So kindly request to you please urgently informed me Recording to Honorary Rank as Sub Maj information Sparsh Profile Update. I am waiting since approx one year and one month .
2. Sir I am Sparsh Grievance Request No ID:- [protected]
3. I am Still get Record Office General Part-II Order No 1/0162/0091/2024 dt 27 Jan 2024 regarding grant of Honorary Rank as Sub Maj on retirement to Sparsh Profile Updated. That was too much delayed. So kindly Send it immediately it was Sparsh Profile Update urgently Required.
4. Sir I am facing great difficulty, i request to you, please rectified my complain at the earliest.
5. I humbly request you sir to look into the matter personally so that I can live my remaining life peacefully.
6. I Hope to receive a positive response from your end.

(b) Sristi Tiwari 20/03/2007 1/0769/0007/2024 dt 07 May 2024. (c) Harsh Tiwari 20/06/2010 1/0769/0008/2024 dt 07 May 2024. 2.
