Indian Army — Harassment of my husband who is in army

Dear sir,
I am being harrsed and abused every day past 4 years by my husband debasis rout subadar.. Residing at r. K puram at new delhi sec-2 tie-4 iv.
He gets drank and abuse me and bits me and our child.
He even do alot of things which i can't write in this. I need some officers to take action on him.
He is not mentally stable.
His mom and dad tells him to bit me as much as u can.
They want money from my family which my mom and dad gave during marriage.
But they want more and more
I need help urgently.
Please please help me i can't bare this pain and harrasment of mental and physical toucher.
